Welcome to https://veritas.ventures ("Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Site, products, reports, dashboards, and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

Veritas Ventures, LLC ("Veritas," "we," "our," "us") provides reporting, analysis, dashboards, and related business intelligence products for membership-based organizations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our Services.

3. License & Use of Services

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your internal business purposes only.
  • You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, sublicense, or resell any Service or underlying content.
  • Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide may be used by us freely and without obligation.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials; you may not share them with unauthorized users.

4. Service Fees & Payment

  • Certain Services are provided under paid subscription or service agreements. Fees, billing, and payment terms are specified at the time of order or in your service agreement.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Proprietary Rights

  • All intellectual property rights in the Services and content remain exclusively with Veritas or our licensors.
  • You may not remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
  • If you excerpt or reference our reports, you must attribute as follows: "Source: Veritas Ventures, LLC."

6. Confidentiality

  • Reports, dashboards, and outputs are proprietary and confidential.
  • You may not disclose or share them with third parties without our prior written consent, except as explicitly permitted under your agreement (e.g., internal investor presentations with NDA protections).

7. Limitations of Warranty

  • We represent that we will not provide material non-public information in violation of law.
  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or completeness.
  • We make no guarantees that dashboards, data feeds, or AI tools will be available at all times or free from error.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veritas is not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
  • Our total liability is capped at the fees you actually paid for the Services in the most recent billing period.
  • You assume full responsibility for decisions or actions taken based on our reports or analysis.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms.
  • Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
  • Upon termination, your license ends, and you must cease using the Services. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

10. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our Site may include links to external websites or third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of San Francisco, California.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms with a new "Effective Date." Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
